- Contact form: name, email address, selected service, project message, and your privacy-consent confirmation.
- Server and delivery records: the website host or email provider may create technical logs needed to operate, secure, and deliver the website or enquiry email. The exact logs and retention periods depend on those providers' configurations.
- Chatbot: messages typed into the service chatbot are processed in the browser using fixed service descriptions. The chatbot code does not transmit or save those messages.
Please do not include passwords, payment information, health details, or other sensitive personal information in the contact form.
3. Purposes and use
We use details submitted through the contact form to understand your request, respond about the service you selected, and follow up on the project enquiry. The form is voluntary. It includes a required acknowledgement of this policy and consent to use the submitted details for that response. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing messages.
4. Contact form delivery and service providers
When you submit the form, the website server sends the details to info@veltariqtech.com using its configured mail service. The current website code does not store submissions in a website database. The hosting provider and email provider process information as part of hosting, security, and email delivery. They may retain technical or mail records under their own operating and security practices.
The website loads font files from Google Fonts and Bootstrap styles, scripts and icons from jsDelivr. When your browser requests these assets, the providers may receive technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details. Review their privacy information for details about their own handling.
5. Chatbot and email links
The chatbot provides predefined information only about the six services shown on this site. It does not use an external AI service and does not send chat text to Veltariq Tech. If you select an email link in the chatbot, your device opens a draft addressed to our inbox. Your email is sent only if you choose to send it from your email application.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. It stores your choice about optional cookies in your browser so the notice does not reappear on each visit. 7. Retention
Enquiry emails are kept in the company mailbox as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records, and may be retained longer where required by law. Website and email providers may retain technical records under their own policies. The current website code does not set a separate database retention period because it does not save enquiries to a database.

We use the security features available through the website and email services to help protect submitted information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

You may choose not to submit the contact form. VELTARIQ provides IT development, software development, web development, application development, Oracle APEX development, AI-related technology solutions and other technology services to clients. In certain projects, a client may provide or make available personal data to a system or application developed or maintained by VELTARIQ. For example, an educational institution or other organisation may engage VELTARIQ to develop or maintain an application that processes information relating to users, employees, students, customers or other individuals.
Where a client determines the purposes and means of processing and VELTARIQ processes data on the client's behalf, VELTARIQ follows the client's authorised instructions and applicable agreement, subject to applicable law. Where the client's own server, database, infrastructure or API credentials are used, VELTARIQ does not independently determine why the client's data is collected or used. Responsibilities may also be set out in a statement of work, data-processing terms or other contract.

Our website is primarily intended for businesses, organisations and individuals seeking IT services. We do not intentionally collect children's personal data through our own website for purposes directed towards children.
